As the Executive Creative Director, I am at the helm of a multifaceted role that encompasses ownership of the creative, production, studio, and operations departments. 2023’s key objective revolves around seamlessly merging digital and physical properties, crafting a unified and immersive omni-channel experience for our customers. Key milestones were relaunching the loyalty program, shining a spotlight on our flagship event, Bay Days and reintroducing the flyer. I am also shaping the creative brand strategy for 2024 with a focus on laying the groundwork for innovative and compelling initiatives that will elevate our brand presence in the market.
